Laid down at the Marti yard at Nikolayev on 14 April 1927, launched on 12 May 1930, commissioned on 12 June 1931, probably on 15 September 1934 called D 6 (other source mentioned No. 11) and destroyed during an aircraft attack while lying in the drydock at Sevastopol on 12 November 1941. Sister ships were the Dekabrist, Narodovolyets, Krasnogvardyets, Revolyutsioner and Spartakovets.
With a displacement of 923.8 (surfaced)-1,353.8 (submerged) tons were her dimensions 76,0 (over all) x 6,4 x 3,81 metres or 249'4" x 21'x 12'6". The 2 diesel engines provided 2,200 bhip, the electric engines 1,000 shp+50 ship allowing a speed of 14 (surfaced)-9 (submerged) knots with a surfaced range of 3,600 nautical miles by maximum speed or 7,500 nautical miles with 9 knots and a submerged range of 132 nautical miles by 2 knots. The maximum diving depth was 90 metres of 295' and she dived from the surface to the periscope depth in 30 seconds. The crew numbered 53 men. The armament consisted of 1-100mmm gun, 1-45mm anti aircraft gun, 1-7,62mm machinegun and 6-21" torpedo tubes in the bow and 2-21" torpedo tubes in the stern.
