An item dated Stockholm, Sweden 8th reported that an order was sent towards Karlskrona, Sweden to fit out against the spring a squadron of 10 ships of the line and 6 frigates. From Copenhagen, Denmark was the tiding received that there 20 ships of the line and some frigates were to be fitted out. The Russian squadron would probably number around 30 ships.(1)
