Norwegian bark Fanny abandoned at sea according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 26 January 1905

An item dated Esbjerg, Denmark 20th reported that the Norwegian bark Fanny underway from Persgrund? (Sweden) towards Middlesbro (Middlesborough England) was abandoned at sea in sinking condition. Her nine crewmembers were brought to Esbjerg by the steam trawler Otto of Altona, Germany. She lost her deck cargo, rudder and bulwarks during stormy weather.
