Launched at the Putilov Works, Petrograd, Russia in 1915, in 1923 reported that building was stopped, displacement 1.260 tons, horsepower 30.000 hp, oil-fired turbine direct drive machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 1-2pd gun, 2 machine guns, 3x3 torpedo tubes and 80 mines.
