An item dated Montevideo, Uruguay 16th reporting that the British auxiliary cruiser Asturias was persecuting the Mendoza. The Delftsche courant dated 24th reported that she was a French ship loaded with victuals and stopped by an anonymous British auxiliary cruiser.
