Russian fleet anchored in the Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijasch handelsblad dated 10 April 1905

An item dated Singapore 10th reported that the there arrived steamship Gregory Apcar reported that the Russian Baltic fleet anchored west of Poeloe Wanki part of the Anambas Islands [part of the Dutch East Indies], north east of Singapore.(10
