British auxiliary cruiser arrived at Copenhagen, Denmark coming from Riga with refugees according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 13 January 1919

An item dated London, England 6th referred to tidings from Copenhagen, Denmark reporting that the Bolsheviks captured Riga although the street fights continued the whole day. A British auxiliary cruiser arrived at Copenhagen coming from Riga with 400 refugees on board. The Algemeen Handelsblad dated 9th reported that the among the refugees had different nationalities. Among them was the German consul general Bornshold.
