Dutch tug Rusland sold Algeria and renamed Arabe according to the Dutch magazine Schip en Werf dated 10 April 1931

An item reported that the Dutch tug Rusland of 61,88gross register tons was sold by the Stoomsleepdienst v/h P. Smit Jr., Rotterdam, Netherlands to the Anglo-Algerian Coaling Company, Oran, Algeria and renamed Arabe.
