Italian parliament approved budget for increasing the fleet according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1905 no. 2

An item reported that the Italian parliament came with new building proposals resulting in a considerable increase of the fleet. The annual budget was increased with another 10 million lire and for the building of 3 armoured cruisers and 30 destroyers was a budget pf 50 million lire available.
