The wages of the crews serving on board of the tugs of the Polish Central Administration of the Inland Waterways according to a CIA report dated 21 October 1955

An item reported that the Polish Central Administration of the Inland Waterways resorted under the Polish Ministry of Shipping. There were branch offices at Wroclaw (former Breslau), Szczecin (former Stettin), Bydgoszcz, Gdank (former Danzig), Warsaw and Krakow. The crewmembers earned the next monthly wages, the first figure for winter time, the second figure for summer time. Apprentice 550, able-bodied sailor 580-900, deck supervisor 660-1.000, steersman 760-1.100, mechanic 860-1.200 and captain 860-1.300 zloty.
