The Greek navy in the Mediterranean according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 10 March 1827

Frankfurt, 3 March. Mr. Hesheth aide-de-camp of Lord Cochrane arrived 11 January at Milo and travelled from there to Hydra to announce that Cochrane was to arrive within 2 months with ships and money. Hesheth was responsible to recruit 500 Hydriots. Mr. Eynard wrote in a letter from Geneva dated 25 February that Cochrane arrived at St. Tropez and that he was very pleased with his brig [le Sauveur] and intended to depart 20 February.
