Thanks to the fact that nowadays more and more books are digitized we are able to read books that are some times for decades no longer available for the public for several reasons. That's quite a pity while these books contains useful information while the archives are destroyed, incomplete or nor accessible. P. 395: “We learn that the Secretary of the Treasury had ordered the Revenue Cutter Hamilton, Capt. Sturgis to proceed forthwith to the British Provinces, to ascertain the true causes which have led to the seizure of American fishing vessels for alleged encroachment upon British ground, and to report the same to the Department. Boston Post.”
