An item dated Middelburg, Netherlands 30th reported that the Dutch 44-gun frigate Zr. Ms. Prins Frederik der Nederlanden (ex-Ceres built at Rotterdam, Netherlands) two days earlier was dry docked at the navy yard at Vlissingen, Netherlands. She was to be examined and fitted out with the intention to be commissioned around 1 September.(1)
