An item dated Washington, USA 1st reported that the whole American Atlantic Fleet except for the armoured cruiser Wyoming participated in the manoeuvres of the Pacific coast. The fleet consisted of 12 battleships, 27 cruisers, 33 submarines, 81 destroyers, 3 aircraft carriers and 56 auxiliary ships.
