Daily maintenance of dredgers at Sailina, Romania necessary according to a CIA report dated 20 August 1947

An item reported that two bucket dredgers were daily working to maintain a depth of 21 feet at the bar of Sailina, Romania. There was however no shipping an pilotage service was done out of the dredged channels. The chief pilot was a Soviet major.
