American battleship USS Utah converted into a target according to the Treaty information Bulletin No. 21 dated June 1933

 An item reported that the American Acting Secretary of the Navy informed by letter dated 21 June 1931 that Secretary of State that the conversion of the battleship USS Utah into a target conform article 2 London Naval Treaty was completed. The British, Japanese, Italian and French governments were informed.(1)

1. Part of Florida-class preceded by Delaware-class succeeded by Wyoming-class. Laid down by New York Shipbuilding Corporation on 9 March 1909, launched on 23 December 1909, commissioned on 31 August 1911, as target AG-16, sunk in a Japanese attack at Pearl harbor on 7 December 1941, decommissioned on 5 September 1944 and stricken on 13 November 1944.
