British capital ships HMS Zealand and King Edward VII active in the Mediterranean according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 27 January 1913

An item dated Malta 26th reported that the British warships King Edward VII (1) and Zealand (2)were ordered to depart in eastern direction.(3) 

Notes

1. Part of King Edward VII-class battleships, preceded by Duncan-class, succeeded by Swiftsure-class. Laid down by Devonport Dockyard on 8 March 1902, launched on 23 July 1903, completed in February 1905 and lost off Cape Wrath, Scotland on 6 January 1916

2. Part of Indefagitable-class battlecruisers preceded by Invincible-class succeeded by Lion-class, laid down by Fairfield Shipbuilding and Engineering, Govan, Scotland on 20 June 1910, commissioned on 19 November 1912, stricken on 19 December 1922 and sold to be broken up on 22 January 1923.

3. Their presence was needed by the peace negotiations after the Second Balkan War ( 29 June-10 August 1913) between Bulgaria against Serbia, Romania, Greece, Montenegro and the Ottoman Empire. Treaty of Bucharest dated 10 August 1913 and Treaty of Constantinople dated 29 September 1913.
