Enemy ships in eastern Pacific and Alaskan area according to the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee. Daily summary dated 31 December 1941

An item reported that persistent radio acivity seemed to indicate the presence of enemy ships in the eastern Pacific area and possible in the Alaskan area.
