Homeport Bolshaya Lopatka, Zapadnaya Lista. Project-685 Plavik, by the NATO called Mike-class. Laid down by Sevmash with yard number 510 on 22 April, launched on 9 May 1983/3 June 1983, commissioned on 28 December 1983, sunk in the Norwegian Sea 100 nautical miles southwest of Bear Island, Norway after she caught fire on 7 April 1989 and decommissioned on 7 April 1989.
