Catch results of Dutch and German Greenland whalers according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamse courant dated 24 August 1709

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 23 August reported that the 126 Dutch Greenland whalers caught totally 173,5 whales, the 12 whalers of Hamburg, Germany 47 whales and the 10 whalers of Bremen 75 whales.
