An item dated Saloniki, Greece 26th reported the arrival of the British cruiser HMS Dartmouth (1). The Nieuwe Groningen courant dated 27 January published an item dated Saloniki reporting the arrival of her yesterday evening at Bucharest, Romania.(2)

1. Part of Town-class Weymouth sub-class light cruisers, succeeded by Hawkins-class, ordered under 1909-1910 Naval Estimates, laid down by Vickers, Barrow-in-Furness on 19 February 1910, launched on 14 February 1911, commissioned on 16 October 1911 and sold to be broken up on 13 December 1930.
1. Her presence was needed by the peace negotiations after the Second Balkan War ( 29 June-10 August 1913) between Bulgaria against Serbia, Romania, Greece, Montenegro and the Ottoman Empire. Treaty of Bucharest dated 10 August 1913 and Treaty of Constantinople dated 29 September 1913.
