An item reported that during a meeting of the board of the Naval Shipyards at Fiume, Yugoslavia [nowadays Rijeka, Croatia] om 28 November 1946 was decided to complete three-1.000hp tugs of which the hull just partially were completed. It was yet unknown which kind of machinery was to be used. Lacking suitable cranes to install the 30 tons weighing boilers in the tugs was now considered to dismantle them an reassemble the boilers in the hulls.
