An item reported the fenced and road served Soviet Astrakhan shipyard 10th Anniversary October Rev. with as geographic coordinates 46.18.50 north and 47.58.15 east was located 3 nautical miles south west of Astrakhan on the east side of Ostrov Zaichey used for repairs. The shipyard possessed 5 piers, 1 1 wharf, a large and 2 small floating docks and 3 shop and 20 support buildings.
