The Soviet Semipalatinsk shipyard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported the fenced and rail served Soviet Semipalatinsk shipyard with as geographic coordinates 50.27.00 north and 80.11.50 east at the north west end of Semipalatinsk, Kazakhstan on the east bank of the Irtysh which seemed to be used for repair river vessels. The shipyard possessed a side-haul marine railway with 3 transverse slipways for repairs and 1 shop and 12 support buildings.
