Tasmanian whaling barque Wallaby arrived at Hobart, Tasmania according to the newspaper The Britannia and Trades’ Advocate dated Thursday 3 January 1850

An item reported the arrival at Hobart, Tasmania on 27 December 1849 of the whaling barque Wallaby master Smith coming from the South Seas 220 barrels sperm oil 50 barrels black oil. Left Hobart on 17 September 1849.
