French navy blockading San Sebastian, Spain according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 19 September 1823

Paris, 15 September. The French ships, which blockaded San Sebastian, captured 26 August a 4-gun coastal vessel leaving that port with on board 4 officers, 33 soldiers and 10 sailors. Two officers carried orders with them. Commanding officer of the French force there was lieutenant Villeneau. The flotilla off Cadiz was daily strengthened.
