German emperor Wilhelm at the opening of the Kaiser Wilhelm channel at Holtenau with his yacht Hohenzollern

The photo was published in the Dutch magazine De Prins dated 11 July 1914 page 15.

The SMS Hohenzollern was launched at the yard AG Vulcan Stettin on 27 June 1892 with as dimensions 116-120 x 14 x 5,6 metres and a displacement of 4,280 GRT. Her triple expansion steam engine allowed a speed of 21,5 knots. She served as an Imperial yacht and as an aviso between 1893 and July 1914. The armament consisted of 3-10,5cm quick firing guns and 12-5cm quick firing guns. Her crew numbered 295 men. She was then decommissioned, stricken on 27 February 1920 at 3 years later broken up at Wilhelmshaven.

The same magazine dated 30 November 1907 page 273 published a photo of her when she arrived at IJmuiden, Netherlands. According to the reporter was she painted in the colours white and green, and gold.

I found on the internet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Yacht_Hohenzollern_1906.jpg) the postcard below of the yacht in 1906
