Swedish merchant ship Eurydice wrecked off Zierikzee, Netherlands according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 27 July 1838

According to the Dutch newspaper Zierikzeesche Courant dated 23 July was that morning around 7 o’clock the Swedish schooner ship Eurydice master Fred. Lindberg wrecked coming from Hälsingfors destined with a cargo of timber for Antwerp, Belgium. Her crew which numbered 8 men was rescued by the fishing boat of Izak de Waard and brought in the afternoon to Zierikzee in the province Zeeland. The ship was considered as lost.
