French navy well prepared according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië daily edition dated 10 March 1911

The French minister of navy Delcassé announced during the naval discussions in the French parliament that he intended to fit out all arsenals well and that the fleet was well trained to be prepared for every events in the future.(1)

1. This must be Théophile Delcassé (1 March 1852 Pamiers-22 February 1923 Nice), a French politician interested in naval affairs and in 1909 chairman of a naval commission. Afterwards he proposed a better cooperation between the navies of France and England.
