Portuguese India men bound towards India 1608

I used three different books to distillate the outward bound voyages of Portuguese ships in 1608 and still I'm not confident with the result. Spelling of names of the ships differs just like those of the captains. At the moment it's the best result I can achieve.
Nossa Senhora da Ajuda, nau, part armada vice rei D. Joao Pereira, captain Miguel Correia Baharem or Bárem, mestre Manuel Rangel, departed Lisbon 29 March 1608. Lost off Costa da Mina
Nossa Senhora do Vencimento do Monte do Carmo, also called Nossa Senhora do Carmo, Vencimento do Carmo, Monte do Carmo and Nossa Senhora do Vencimento, nau, part of armada vice rei D. Joao Pereira, commanded by Cristóvao de Noronha?, departed Lisbon 29 March 1608, at Mormugao 26 May 1609. Returned to Portugal [30 July?] 1610, commanded by D. Pedro Coutinho, 1612 part of armada D. Jéronimo de Almeida, commanded by Cristóvam de Sequeira Alvarenga. Part of armada D. Jéronimo de Almeida returning to Portugal 1613 which met 5 Dutch ships off Sint Helena.
Nossa Senhora da Conceicao, also called Conceicao, nau, part of armada vice rei D. Joao Pereira, commanded by D. Pedro [de] Mascarenhas, departed Lisbon 29 March 1608, arrived at Reino. Lost 1614 off Mocambique
Oliveira, also called Nossa Senhora da Oliveira, nau, part of armada vice rei D. Joao Pereira, commanded by Pedro de Tovar, departed Lisbon 29 March 1608. Escaped from battle with Dutch off Island Queimados. Still mentioned 1609.
Santo António, nau, part of armada vice rei Rui Lourenco de Távora. Possible part of armada vice rei D. Joao Coutinho in 1617 towards the Orient, commanded by Joao Pereira Corte Real.
Sao Denis also called Sao Diniz, nau, part of armada vice rei Rui Lourenco de Távora, commanded by Gregório da Costa de Sousa
Nossa Senhora da Encarnacao, also called Sao Joseph or Sao José, nau also called patache/pataxo, departed Portugal 24 October 1608 as part of armada vice rei Rui Lourenco de Távora, commanded André Salema, via Mocambique and Diu.
Nossa Senhora de Monserrate, also called Monserrate, nau also called caravel and 'caravela latina', part of armada vice rei Rui Lourenco de Távora which departed portugal 24 October 1608, commanded by Manuel de Frias, returned to Portugal 1610 captain Rui Lourenco.
Nossa Senhora da Salvaçao, also called Salvaçao, nau, wrecked off the coast of Mombaca, commanded by D. Luis de Sousa
Santo Antonio, galleon, commanded by Diogo de Sousa de Meneses, departed towards India 29 March 1608 as part of armada vice rei Conde da Feira, in the winter at Mocambique, 26 May 1609 at Mormugao, towards China 1610 and lost off Cabo Comorim. A second galleon Santo Antonio departed as part of armada vice rei Rui Lourenco de Távora 24 October 1608 towards India, stayed in the winter at Mombaca and 1 December 1609 at Goa. It's not clear which information is dealing with one of the two galleons.
Sao Bartolomeu, galleon, part of armada vice rei Conde da Feira which departed Portugal 29 March 1608, commanded by D. Lopo/Diogo de Almeida, 150 sailors and 250 soldiers, Mormugao 16 May 1609, wrecked off Ceilao coming from China.
