Turkey desired dreadnoughts according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad morning edition dated 8 February 1910

The press association Reuter reported from Constantinople on 7 February that the Turkish cabinet approved the naval program including the building of two dreadnoughts, the costs (5.000.000 Turkish para?)were to be divided over 10 years.
