Build in 1954 at the yard of Swan, Hunter and Wigham Richardson Limited at the Neptune Works, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom for account of the Cable and Wireless Limited for cable repair work. With a gross tonnage of 3,430 tons were the dimensions 340'5"x 45'2"x 8'6" (depth). She replaced the Stanly Angwin at Singapore and served in an area stretching from Colombo, Sri Lanka as far as Vancouver, Canada. She was fitted out with 3 cable tanks with a holding capacity of 21,000 cubic feet of cable. Broken up in the end of 1985.
