The American Union Oil Company of Delaware announced that she intended to offer her shareholders 109.000 normal shares of the Shell Union Oil Corporation against 12 dollars for each share to pay off her bank loans. The company failed in selling her own two 10,000 tons tankers and it was not expected that would happen in the near future with favorable conditions.
