Former German Schnellboote sold to be broken up according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad voor het Noorden dated 19 February 1957

An item reported that the German tug Vorwärts arrived at Delfzijl while towing two old German Schnellboote coming from Bremerhaven. The vessels were bought to be broken up and were to towed via inland waterways to Amsterdam. They were complete dismantles and showed overdue maintenance.
