USA secretly testing Pacific mobilization according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 23 March 1936

An item dated San Pedro 22 March reported that a day earlier more as seventy warships of the US navy participated in secret manoeuvres. Purpose was to test how much time was involved in mobilizing the coastal naval forces in the Pacific in care of calamity. The test was a prori not written out.
