Dutch bark ship Goede Verwachting for sale at Amsterdam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag dated 30 January 1880

An announcement reported that the brokers C. Ament, P. Reineker, E.C.A. Koli, A.D. Strumphler and J.W. Held intended to sell on Monday 16 February at 15.00 o’clock in the local Frascati, Nes, Amsterdam in presence of bailiff J. Dupont Noordbeek of the in the Oosterdok lying of the extra ordinary well sailing coppered, copper fastened and galvanised bark ship Goede Verwachting last captain J.C. Bruijn of 657.80 tons new measurement. Fitted out and particularly suited for the timber trade. For more details could be asked at the mentioned brokers.(1)
