Dutch frigate Clara Henriette launched at Amsterdam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 10 April 1840

An item reported that the same afternoon at the shipyard by shipbuilder J. Knol the frigate Clara Henriette was launched. The newspaper Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated the 10^th referred to the newspaper Avondbode dated the 9^th reporting that she was launched that afternoon at 13.30 o’clock built for the Nederlandsche Scheepsreederij, of nearly 500 lasten, captain P.H. Willers and destined for the Dutch East Indies trade.
