Norwegian naval budget according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1899-1900 no. 6

An item refered to the magazine Mittheilungen a/d Geb. des Seewesen which reported that the Norwegian budget amounted 3.894,962 crones included 590.000 crones for completing the torpedo boats 1^st class No. 7 and 8 and building the torpedo boat 1^st class No. 9, 3 large armed steam launches and for a transport.
