Spanish Parliament approved budget for new building according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1901/1902 no. 8

An item referred to the magazine Le Yacht which reported that the Spanish Parliament approved a budget for the building of 8/12.00 ton battleships and 4/8.000 ton cruisers. The latter would be built in Spain.
