Argentinean ordered floating dock for torpedo boats according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1912-1913 no. 10

An item reported that the Argentinean government signed a contract with the British firm Vickers for delivering within 9 months of a floating dock for torpedo boats to be stationed at Buenos Aires. The dock was designed by Clark and Standfield of Westminster. Main dimensions 300’x 45’ (entrance for ships)-60, maximum docking draught 16’ and lifting capacity 1.500 ton.
