Payments of Russian sailors improved according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1933 no. 2

An item referred to the magazine N.&M. Rec. dated 30 November 1932 reported that the payments of the sailors of the Soviet Union navy were increased with between 40 and 100% to secure their loyalty to the government.
