Dutch tug Vlaanderen built at Lekkerkerk, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated Tuesday 17 April 1923

An item reported that on last Saturday the seagoing tug Vlaanderen performed a good trial achieved a speed of more as 10 miles. She was built at the shipyard Nimmerrust at Lekkerkerk, Netherlands for account of the N.V. Bureau Wijsmuller.
