Tug Venus built for foreign account at Papendrecht, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 18 June 1924

An item reported the launching at Papendrecht, Netherlands of the steel-built screw steam tug Venus with as dimensions 25,20 x 5,20 x 2,30 (hold) metres for foreign account. The 250 ihp engine and boiler were manufactured at the N.V. Boele’s Scheepswerven en Machinefabriek, Bolnes.
