Reefers unemployed at Trinidad according to the Dutch newspaper Amigoe di Curacao dated 13 August 1965

An item referred to the Former British West Indies Federation which was abrogated in 1962 and the worse relations between the several former British colonies. The newspaper gave an example what happened with two modern reefers lying unemployed at Trinidad. These ships were a gift from Canada to the federation for mutual use. The reason of their unemployment was the disagreement between Trinidad and Jamaica. Trinidad wanted to use these ships while Jamaica wanted to sell them.
