Paris, 25 July. A telegraphic message from Brest reported
the arrival of the Russian frigate la Pravorina (Arend) commanded by captain
Kazins. When she left Kronstad the French division commanded by captain Lecoupé
was still there and the latter send his coastal pilot to the Russian frigate to
assist him at Brest.
