Russian brig William for sale at Den Helder, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Heldersche en Nieuwedieper Courant dated 6 January 1864

An announcement reported the auction on Saturday the 9^th 20.00 o’clock in the local Tivoli, Den Helder of the Russian flagged oak and copper tightened brig ship William captain P.H. Kruse of Leban including what was left of her inventory. Her measurement was around 155 roggelasten. The mast less ship was berthed along the shipyard De Hoop in de Koopvaarders-Binnenhaven at Nieuwediep.
