Dutch frigate Emanuel arrived at Brouwershaven, Netherlands returning from the Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Zierikzeesche Courant dated 19 May 1840

An item dated Brouwershaven the 17th reported the arrival on the 15th of the Dutch frigate ship Emanuel captain S.G. Molenaar underway from Batavia, Dutch East Indies towards Rotterdam, Netherlands. Another newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated the 26 reported her departure on the 19th towards Rotterdam.
