Dutch corvette Zr.Ms. Panter arrived at Surinam coming from Curacao according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 12 July 1828

An item dated Middelburg, Netherlands the 11th reported the arrival at Surinam of the Dutch corvette Zr.Ms. Panther captain lieutenant Buis coming from Curacao with on board governor general Cantzlaar.(1)
