Dutch East Indiaman Oostenburg bound for the Dutch East Indies in 1667

She left on 2 October 1667 Texel, Netherlands with as captain Pieter Jonassen, sailed via England, S. Vicente and Maio Island, visited Cape of Good Hope, South Africa between 22 March-10 April 1868 and arrived at Batavia, Dutch East Indies on 13 June. Her crew numbered 126 (arrival)-135 (departure) sailors and further more 61 (arrival)-79 (departure) soldiers. Built in 1666. Tonnage 840 metric tons and with as dimensions 150 x 35¾ x 17¼, height above 7. Of the chamber Amsterdam and sailing for account of this chamber.
