Dutch East Indiaman Huis te Velsen bound for the Dutch East Indies in 1667

She left on 23 October 1667 Texel, Netherlands with as captain Pieter Jansz Postmuis, visited Cape of Good Hope, South Africa between 18 March-19 April 1868 and arrived at Batavia, Dutch East Indies on 26 July. Her crew numbered 120 (arrival)-140 (departure) sailors and further more 66 (arrival)-73 (departure) soldiers. Tonnage 750 metric tons and with as dimensions 145 x 34½ x 15, height above hold 6½. Of the chamber Amsterdam and sailing for account of this chamber. Built at Amsterdam in 1666.
